Party Products is an independent quote referral service, not a hire company.
Collection notice
Australian Privacy Principle 5 in the Privacy Act 1988 says we must tell you certain things when we collect your personal information. Please read this before you send the form.
Who we are. Party Products, a service operated by Uplinkd Group Pty Ltd. Email hello@partyproducts.com.au. Our privacy policy sets out our full details.
What we collect and how. The details you enter in this form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb or town and state, the event date, the number of guests, whether the event is indoors or outdoors, the items you need and anything you tell us about the event. We also record when you sent it, the page you sent it from, the city your request is passed to and that you agreed to it being passed on. We collect it directly from you.
Why. To pass your request to a local party hire business so it can contact you about availability and a quote, and to follow up with you about that request. We only email you tips if you tick the separate tips box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Is it required by law? No.
If you do not give it. Without your contact details, location and event date we cannot pass your request on and a hire business cannot contact you about it.
Who we give it to. One local party hire business that delivers to your area, with your agreement. We may be paid by that business for the referral. We also use service providers that host this website and send email for us. We do not give your details to anyone else unless the law requires or permits it.
Overseas. The website, including the requests you send through it, is hosted on servers in the United States (DigitalOcean) and delivered through Cloudflare's global network. Email is sent through Brevo, which stores data in the European Union.
