You describe your event once, in a short form. We aim to pass your request to a local party hire business within one business day. That business is an independent local hire company, and it contacts you to check availability, talk through what you need and quote. From that point you deal with it directly. Our service costs you nothing and you never have to accept a quote.
The four steps
- Tell us about the event. Use the quote request form. We ask what a hire business would ask on a first call: your name, phone, email, suburb or town and state, the event date, roughly how many guests, indoor or outdoor and what you need.
- We read it and pass it on. A person reads every request. We send it to one party hire business that delivers to your area, only if you ticked the consent box.
- The hire business gets in touch. To confirm the date is free and ask about the venue, the ground and access.
- You decide. Ask questions, compare and book only if it suits you.
Who we are
Party Products is an independent referral service, not a hire company. We may be paid by the hire business for the referral. That never costs you anything, and it does not change your rights under the Australian Consumer Law when you deal with the hire business.
